Le Pergole

La location in cui propongo il pranzo si trova in un sito esclusivo, ancora non invaso dal turismo di massa.

Gli ospiti saranno accolti su una terrazza affacciata a sbalzo sul mare, in un punto che sovrasta la piccola solfata compresa tra Capo Rossello, su cui si erge l’omonimo faro, ed il promontorio di Monterosso, dominato da una antica torre di avvistamento.La costa scoscesa e presenta ancora suggestive chiazze macchia mediterranea.Per chi è interessato offro la possibilità di raggiungere in mattinata la struttura , per godere della splendida spiaggia delle Pergole, famosa per le sue acque caraibiche.Il pranzo sarà alle 13. La cucina sarà caratterizzata dai sapori mediterranei, con le ricette tramandate di generazione in generazione dalle nonne della nostra famiglia.Molti prodotti saranno raccolti nel nostro orto, coltivato da sempre in modo naturale, perchè destinato al nostro uso familiare.Pranzo completo a 10 euro.

The location where I propose lunch is on an exclusive site, still not flooded with mass tourism.

Guests will be welcomed on a terrace overlooking the sea, at a point overlooking the small sulphate between Capo Rossello, on which stands the homonymous lighthouse, and the promontory of Monterosso, dominated by an ancient watchtower. Rocky coastline and still has suggestive Mediterranean macchia spots. For those interested, I offer the chance to reach the structure in the morning, to enjoy the beautiful Pergola beach, famous for its Caribbean waters. Lunch will be at 13. The cuisine will be characterized by Mediterranean flavors, with generous generations of generations from grandmothers of our family.Many products will be harvested in our vegetable garden, always cultivated in a natural way, because it is intended for our family use. Complete meal at 10 euros.
